➡️ Anthropic has released Claude Fable 5, the public version of the highly discussed Mythos model.
The model is now available to test in Claude. However, Anthropic has significantly restricted some of the most sensitive cybersecurity capabilities.
Why has everyone been talking about Mythos?
Until now, the model was only available to a limited group of partners through Project Glasswing. According to Anthropic, Mythos was capable of identifying critical vulnerabilities in Linux, web browsers, and other software at a level that raised serious concerns among security researchers. As a result, it remained unavailable to the public for an extended period.
Some of those capabilities have now been made available to general users through Claude Fable 5.
